Key changes in this issue Summary of findings + Leading Causes of Death + Suicides + Deaths of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Persons Year of Occurrence Changes in Australia's leading causes of death (Media Release) History of changes About this Release	16/06/2015 - The replacement contains corrected non-Indigenous age-specific death rates in Table 12.4 of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander data cube. This also impacts on the rate difference and rate ratios in the same table. Figures in other tables are not affected. 01/04/2015 - The Data Cube for Deaths of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians was replaced to suppress the Standardised Death Rate (SDR) for cells with a count of fewer than 20 deaths. Standardised Death Rates based on counts of fewer than 20 deaths are unreliable and could be misleading. 31/03/2015 - The media release was reissued/corrected to provide a rate for suicide deaths which relates the number of deaths to the size of the population.
